Summary
CIC Africa Life Assurance Ltd is seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our team as Agency Managers. As an Agency Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the performance of our life insurance sales teams. This position is pivotal in driving sales, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high levels of motivation and training among the sales agents.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and retain Unit Managers with productive Sales Agents focused on selling Life Insurance products.
- Coordinate the distribution of Individual Life Products within the Agency.
- Conduct market analysis, propose product improvements, and provide recommendations.
- Ensure agency sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Continuously train and motivate Sales Agents.
- Develop and implement promotional activities to boost product awareness in the region.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
- Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance or any professional sales/marketing course is an advantage.
- IRA (U) Agent License.
- At least 4 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the Insurance and Financial Services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and training skills.
- Proficient in computer applications.
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Experience Required: 48 months
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
