Job Purpose:

Job Purpose:
Our client in the finance sector is looking for high-caliber, results-oriented, experienced, and highly skilled sales professionals for the position of Zonal Manager.
Specific Skills:
- Proven track record of integrity; analytical, well-organized, and knowledgeable in credit activities.
- Demonstrated ability as a team player and self-starter, capable of working towards achieving set targets.
- Grow and maintain the portfolio of the regions, ensuring all Regional Sales Managers and Team Leaders meet their targets.
- Creative in finding solutions and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision in an aggressive sales target environment.
- Knowledge of working with civil servants in a previous role is an added advantage.
