Job Details:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily operation of Information and Support Centers (ISCs) in assigned Zone.
- Provide timely feedback on issues and complaints raised by refugees at ISCs.
- Accurately assess and record protection concerns and/or complaints by refugees.
- Coordinate with service providers to strengthen referral pathways.
- Conduct protection information and awareness sessions – community outreaches.
- Maintain and collect data in line with agreed procedures.
- Conduct PSN home visits, assess needs, and ensure adequate referral/assistance.
- Work closely with Community Based Volunteers, providing support and guidance.
Key Working Relationships:
- Reports to: Protection Officer
- Internal Contacts: Community Services Officers, Legal Officers, Legal Assistants, Community Based Volunteers
- External Contacts: UNHCR, OPM, and other Protection Actors

Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least one year of professional experience in a similar post with an INGO or NGO.
- Good awareness of protection issues and the refugee context.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates empathy and sensitivity in working with refugees and vulnerable communities.
- Comfortable using information technology (Computers, Smart Phones, and Tablets).

Responsibilities:
- Conduct protection information and awareness sessions (community dialogues).
- Collaborate with the legal team, SGBV, health, and ERD sectors in providing protection services to refugees and PoC.
- Ensure service mapping and referral pathways are complete and updated.
- Supervise Protection Assistants to effectively carry out their roles.
- Ensure protection case management is done according to established standards.
- Oversee PSN needs assessments and provide appropriate responses.
- Conduct regular monitoring and report on the welfare and living conditions of PSNs.
- Ensure good coordination with refugee leadership structures and provide appropriate support.
- Appropriately refer protection incidents to UNHCR, OPM, and relevant partners.
- Participate in Zonal Coordination meetings involving UNHCR, OPM, and partners.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
