- Adhering to project-based deadlines and contributing to iterative editing processes.
Scope of Work Project-based, depending on organizational needs, with a guaranteed scope until Q2, 2024.

- Proficiency in English with professional writing experience.
- Familiarity with public health, leadership development, or instructional design.
- Ability to work flexibly across different document formats and technologies.

Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and developing original and adapted content for diverse audiences.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to meet specific learning objectives.
- Documenting contextualization processes and learnings.
- Contributing to monitoring, evaluation, and learning initiatives.
Scope of Work Project-based, with a guaranteed scope for the first 6 months, extendable based on performance.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in instructional design for East African contexts.
