Job Summary:
Spear Motors Ltd, the general distributor for Mercedes Benz Group AG, Daimler Trucks AG, Stellantis, and Mazda Motor Corporation for Uganda, is looking for highly experienced Sales Representatives for its Passenger Vehicle – Jeep division.

Job Purpose:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for daily sales activities of Passenger Vehicles – Jeep, identifying leads, educating prospects through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing exceptional support to existing customers to expand the customer base.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source potential customers and generate leads for Passenger Cars – Jeep.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for Sales Manager’s action.
• Present and sell Passenger car products and services to current and prospective clients.
• Professionally attend to the needs of Passenger car customers.
• Properly record and document all Passenger car sales transactions and activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Manage customer complaints and take appropriate action.
• Maintain an up-to-date sales activity diary and prepare weekly sales reports for the Sales Manager.
• Keep an up-to-date customer correspondence file for clear tracking.
• Follow up on referrals and new leads from field activities.
• Participate in promotional activities and initiatives as required.
• Collect sales statistics to determine sales growth.
• Attend scheduled sales team meetings and provide information on sales, goals, and obstacles.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Certificate or Diploma in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Passenger car sales.
• Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is a plus.
• Good knowledge of manual and computerized sales systems.
• Proficiency in computer use, including sales software.
• Strong interpersonal, public relations, and communication skills.
• Good negotiation and analytical skills.
• Effective troubleshooting skills.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
