What do you bring to the table? Zari Hassan Questions Shakib Cham After Diamond Platnumz’s Surprise Birthday Visit

It seems there’s trouble brewing in the relationship between socialite Zari Hassan and her husband, Shakib Cham, following a surprise visit from Zari’s ex, Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz, at their daughter Princess Tiffah’s birthday celebration in South Africa.

The drama unfolded when Diamond Platnumz made an unexpected appearance at Princess Tiffah’s lavish birthday party, much to the surprise of the guests—and especially Shakib. The visit reportedly didn’t sit well with Zari’s current husband, who was visibly upset by Diamond’s presence and the interaction between the former couple.

In response to the brewing tension, Zari addressed the situation, making it clear that she hadn’t invited Diamond to the event. According to her, the superstar was informed about the celebration by the housemaid and other members of the household who were involved in organizing the festivities.

“Diamond is the father of my children, and I can’t restrict him from seeing his kids,” Zari explained, urging Shakib to relax and not overreact to the situation.

But the drama didn’t end there. A visibly frustrated Zari reportedly questioned Shakib, asking what he actually brings to the table in their relationship. “I’m tired of proving myself to you,” she allegedly told him, pointing out that she’s fed up with constantly having to justify her actions.

Zari didn’t hold back, openly criticizing Shakib and making it known that she isn’t afraid of speaking her mind. She highlighted that she foots most of her own expenses, implying that she doesn’t rely on Shakib financially, which may have added fuel to the fire in their heated exchange.
