City socialite Sheilah Gashumba has shocked netizens with revelations that she won’t date men who don’t earn ten times more money than she does anymore.
Gashumba used the social media platform Snapchat to air out her newfound views on relationships on Saturday night.
“I’m personally not sleeping or dating anyone who doesn’t earn 10 times more than I earn again and best believe I make very good money a week not even a month, I just decided not to talk about the money I make for a reason.” Sheila Gashumba
Gashumba went ahead to specify that she won’t be evaluating her new partner’s wealth in the paltry shilling.
She said they should be in a higher tax bracket more like millionaires in Great British pounds, US Dolars, Australian dollars, Euros, Canadian dollars et al.
Sheilah, who has usually been at loggerheads with her father Frank Gashumba over her previous partners also pledged to take his advice seriously.
The controversial Frank Gashumba has previously spoken out on his disappointment in Sheilah’s partners. In a leaked audio last year, Gashumba infamously referred to Sheilah’s ex-partner musician Rickman Manrick as warlord Joseph Kony’s look-alike.
“I’ve started taking my father’s advice!! He actually has the realest advice on relationships and dating! I’ve also promised myself not to fight with my father ever again.” Sheilah Gashumba.
Additionally, she promised to make sure her relationship with her father keeps on the good side by talking to him every day.
Sheilah, who is a no-miss in the Kampala nightlife, also hinted at keeping her next relationships private. She told her fans and followers not to expect the pomp that has been associated with her previous relationships.
On the same night, Sheilah lashed out at people she says spread false information about dating her. She said she has only dated two men, God’s Plan and Rickman Manrick.
Previously, there have been speculations of the bar host dating musicians Grenade and Fik Fameica.
She asked those that spread these rumors to distinguish between flings and relationships.
