1. Finance & Funding Lead
- Salary: £28,000-31,000, £35,000-38,750 FTE
- Start Date: October 2024
- Location: Remote (UK/BST time zone)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy to support the mission of The Resilience Project.
- Secure funding from diverse sources, including grants, donors, and corporate sponsors.
- Manage financial planning and reporting to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization.

2. Marketing & Communications Lead

- Location: Remote (UK-based)

- Location: Remote (Africa-based, with preference for Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea, Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, or Uganda)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver youth-focused programs in the East Africa region.
- Collaborate with local partners and communities to implement initiatives that build resilience and empower youth.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
