• Refugee Status: You must currently reside in Uganda and be officially registered with both OPM Uganda and UNHCR-Uganda.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18-35 years old as of 1st January 2024. Birthdates must fall between 1st January 1989 and 1st January 2006.
• Education: You should have completed secondary school and possess your official original Pass slips or equivalents such as Diploma d’etat, University diplomas, Higher Education Access Certificate, etc. If applicable, a recognized DIT Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) certificate will be considered for TVET courses.
