Key Responsibilities:
- Order and Production Management:
- Establish and follow up on customer demand forecasts.
- Streamline processes for order processing, procurement, and demand fulfillment.
- Maintain both distributor and internal order trackers.
- Support production with the contract manufacturer.
- Quality Control Management:
- Conduct quality control tests on finished products.
- Maintain detailed records and reports of quality control activities.
- Investigate product quality issues for continuous improvement.
- Logistics and Distribution Management:
- Coordinate transportation and logistics activities.
- Optimize delivery routes and freight costs.
- Inventory Management:
- Develop inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste.
- Conduct regular inventory audits.
- Process Management and Documentation:
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze supply chain data and generate regular KPI reports.
- Prepare and submit required documentation for audits and inspections.
Required Experience:
- 2-3 years in a supply chain role (handling procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution management).
- Detail-oriented project management skills.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organization skills.
- Data analysis and visualization skills in Excel.
- Experience with off-shore manufacturing and global logistics is an advantage.
- Professional certification such as APICS (e.g., CPIM, CSCP/CSCMP/CIPS) is an added advantage.
- University degree in a related field.

- Technical Support, Repairs, and Maintenance:
- Receive customer issues, diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide remote support.
- Conduct repairs and regular maintenance on product returns.
- Manage inventory and order spare parts.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Record and maintain customer interactions and product issues.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for product improvement.
- Training and Improvement:
- Update technical service manuals.
- Support the training of distributor technicians.
- Suggest improvements to service processes and customer support strategies.
Required Experience:
- 2-3 years in a technical support or service technician role.
- Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software.
- Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- University degree or diploma in electronics and electrical engineering.
