Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles, following the sales steps used by MAG. This includes greeting customers, demonstrating vehicle characteristics, capabilities, and features, and comparing and contrasting competitive models. Additional duties include moving vehicles as needed, completing sales paperwork, assisting with finance applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the MAG CRM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical skills through training and coaching.
- Understand and adhere to organizational policies and regulatory codes.
- Enter customer information into the CRM system to support customer retention and business development.
- Generate standard reports by extracting and combining data.
- Manage client and customer relationships using relevant systems.
- Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations.
- Obtain supervisor authorization for any exceptions from procedures.
- Process special customer orders and handle delivery expectations.
- Respond to advanced issue escalations and provide managerial approvals.
- Sell standard products and services to customers and supervise a sales team.
- Perform routine inventory tasks following established procedures.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field of study preferred.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience is preferable.
- Ability to work without supervision and provide technical guidance.
- Proficient in initiating and maintaining sales conversations.
- Skilled in identifying and understanding key buying influences.
- Effective in establishing trust with clients and understanding their needs.
- Capable of preparing for client interactions using established frameworks.

Job Summary: The Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing cars, light trucks, or motorbikes. Duties include inspecting vehicles, performing routine service, and keeping records of work done, ensuring that vehicles are safe to drive using testing equipment.

- Carry out standard installation, maintenance, and repair activities under guidance.
