Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in generating awareness and acquiring new clients for our services. Your primary responsibilities will include driving sales and marketing efforts, as well as delivering outstanding customer service. Acting as the initial point of contact, you will understand clients’ needs and ensure they are met, fostering trust and loyalty towards our financial solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Identify prospective clients’ needs and match them with the solutions we provide to grow the business.
  • Market loan products.
  • Identify and verify potential clients.
  • The KPI for this role is new client acquisition.

Customer Service:

  • Build a good self and company reputation to grow customer loyalty.
  • Ensure polished first contacts/impressions with clients.
  • Be respectful and diligent when dealing with people.
  • Keep promises.
  • Be effective in handling customer complaints.

Skills & Experience:

  • Diploma in a business-related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales and marketing or business development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Work Hours:

8 hours per day

Experience in Months:

6 months

Level of Education:

Associate Degree
