Duties and Responsibilities
The M&E Officer will lead the design, implementation, and operation of M&E systems from project initiation to closeout. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the monitoring, evaluation, analytics, and reporting of performance and results.
- Providing regular project reports.
Qualifications / Training and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E in development projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated Gender and Safeguarding Officer to ensure the integration of gender equality principles and robust safeguarding measures in WITU’s digital skills training and employment program for young women. Responsibilities include:
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all program participants.
Qualifications / Training and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, Human Rights, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in gender mainstreaming and safeguarding, preferably in development projects.
- Strong understanding of gender issues and safeguarding principles in the context of youth empowerment programs.
- Experience in policy development and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity and ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Commitment to promoting gender equality and protecting vulnerable individuals.
