Job Summary:
The Junior Store Keeper will manage all stock and inventory at the breeder farms, ensuring compliance with established methods and procedures. Responsibilities include overseeing shipping and receiving, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining inventory records, and implementing loss prevention programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all stock and inventory at the hatchery.
- Verify and inspect all incoming stocks for quality and quantity.
- Document and track damages and discrepancies on orders.
- Reconcile variances during counts against store records.
- Maintain records of expiry dates for vaccines and disinfectants.
- Develop loss prevention programs.
- Maintain the warehouse in an orderly manner.
- Control the disbursement of supplies and materials.
- Submit reports on stock movements.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of modern warehouse procedures and computerized record-keeping systems.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holiday shifts.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (Accounting), Records Management, or related fields.
- No specific level of education required.
Special Requirements:
- Must be able to perform physical activities like lifting (up to 50 Kgs), bending, standing, and climbing.

Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Accountant will manage Uzima’s accounts payables, including recording, posting, processing payments, and reconciling bank accounts. This role requires attention to detail, coordination with other departments, and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payables activities, including posting invoices and processing payments.
- Post non-inventory vendor purchase orders and invoices in Xero.
- Ensure timely processing of expenses and vendor payments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly bank account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of aging payables and fixed asset records in Xero.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies and processes.
- File and maintain company documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
