About the Job: Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm operating in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan. We are seeking a competent, skilled, and experienced Junior Buying Clerk on behalf of our client, Mr. Green Africa, to work in Uganda.

Job Purpose: The Junior Buying Clerk ensures efficient operations at the Trading Point, accurately calculating prices, managing cash accounts, ensuring recyclable materials meet quality standards, and supporting all other MGA Management operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Experience & Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and the community.
  • Quality Control: Purchase recyclable plastic per guidelines, maintaining a maximum 2% waste threshold.
  • Retail Store Operations: Manage cash (physical and digital), ensure stock accountability, and reconcile purchases and disbursements.
  • Logistics: Manage dispatch of recyclables, ensuring accurate records and signed transfers.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to and manage health and safety protocols.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate important information to suppliers.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory:
    • Diploma in Business / Community Development or equivalent.
    • Minimum of two years’ experience.
    • Computer literacy is an advantage.
  • Added Advantages:
    • Strong communication skills (English and Swahili).
    • Ability to interact with diverse cultures and handle difficult situations calmly.
    • Proficiency in managing data and working with digital tools.
    • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
    • Must be able to use a smartphone.

Work Hours: 8 hours/day
Experience Required: 24 months

About the Job: Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is recruiting a skilled and experienced Field Fraud and Risk Management Officer on behalf of our client in the renewable energy sector. The role involves detecting, investigating, and mitigating fraud risks in field operations.

Job Summary: The Field Fraud and Risk Management Officer assesses risk environments, implements fraud prevention strategies, investigates suspected fraud, collaborates with internal teams, monitors fraud trends, develops training programs, and maintains records of fraud incidents.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to assess and identify fraud risks.
  • Implement strategies to prevent and detect fraud.
  • Investigate suspected fraudulent activities and document findings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate fraud indicators.
  • Monitor fraud trends and recommend policy enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver fraud risk training programs.
  • Maintain records of fraud incidents and investigations.
  • Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in fraud investigation, risk management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention regulations in Uganda is a plus.
