Main Accountabilities:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Contribute to the compensation package design in line with business goals.
  • Coordinate data submission for annual salary surveys.
  • Analyze and present findings from salary survey reports to the HR Operations Manager.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits inductions for new joiners.
  • Coordinate Compensation and Benefits projects within the company.
  • Implement effective communication strategies for compensation and benefits projects.
  • Network with industry colleagues to stay updated on current trends and practices.

Job Evaluation:

  • Coordinate the update of job descriptions.
  • Manage job evaluation requests.
  • Enhance employees’ knowledge of the hay evaluation methodology.
  • Communicate job evaluation outcomes to line managers and employees.

Reporting:

  • Maintain up-to-date job description records.
  • Maintain up-to-date job evaluation records.
  • Present findings from salary survey reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local compensation laws.

Person Specification

Education, Training, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR Operations & Compensation.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree

  • Implement approved training programs efficiently.
  • Communicate with local and overseas vendors and related offices/agencies.

  • Prepare monthly training activity reports.
