Main Accountabilities:
Compensation and Benefits:
- Contribute to the compensation package design in line with business goals.
- Coordinate data submission for annual salary surveys.
- Analyze and present findings from salary survey reports to the HR Operations Manager.
- Conduct compensation and benefits inductions for new joiners.
- Coordinate Compensation and Benefits projects within the company.
- Implement effective communication strategies for compensation and benefits projects.
- Network with industry colleagues to stay updated on current trends and practices.
Job Evaluation:
- Coordinate the update of job descriptions.
- Manage job evaluation requests.
- Enhance employees’ knowledge of the hay evaluation methodology.
- Communicate job evaluation outcomes to line managers and employees.
Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date job description records.
- Maintain up-to-date job evaluation records.
- Present findings from salary survey reports.
- Ensure compliance with local compensation laws.
Person Specification
Education, Training, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR Operations & Compensation.
Work Hours: 8 hours per day

Main Responsibilities:
- Support the training and development coordinator.
- Assess vendors and programs effectively.
- Implement the training plan within the proposed budget.
- Ensure compliance with company and Group policies.
- Collate staff training needs with Training & Development Lead and line managers for management approval.
- Implement approved training programs efficiently.
- Communicate with local and overseas vendors and related offices/agencies.
- Register trainees for local or Lizzy-based training.
- Maintain accurate training records.
- Prepare monthly training activity reports.
- Organize trainings including participant lists, materials distribution, and monitoring.
- Analyze training assessment feedback.
- Assist in designing and developing company-specific training programs.
- Distribute training materials economically.
- Monitor trainee progress through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
- Evaluate training and development programs.
- Oversee training delivery for all employees.

Education, Training, Skills & Experience:
