Job Summary: The Customer Retention & Reactivation Officer role at Premier Credit Limited aims to provide comprehensive financial solutions to retail customers. The role involves following up on non-funded and dormant accounts, up-selling and cross-selling to account holders and potential leads, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to drive funding, manage inactivity, and reactivate dormant accounts.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to promote the institution’s products and services by engaging with inward customers for business expansion and referrals.
  • Initiate contact with pre-existing customers to address inquiries and establish long-term relationships, focusing on enhancing sales deliverables.
  • Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback on various products and services, address complaints for service recovery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform quality health check calls, gather market intelligence on competitive products and services, and conduct customer profiling.
  • Accurately capture customer feedback and insights from various campaigns and escalate urgent customer issues for resolution.

Academic Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in any academic discipline from a recognized University.
  • At least 6 months of experience in the Banking / Microfinance industry.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Selling skills.
  • Basic product knowledge.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Area of Residence: Candidates residing in or around Kampala and neighboring towns.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Experience in Months: 6 months
Level of Education: Associate Degree
