Qualifications:
- Capital Requirements: Must have access to personal capital or be able to finance a business with a budget ranging from 200 million to 500 million UGX, based on the location of the service station.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of working experience with substantial business exposure.
- Residency: Must reside in one of the specified towns.
- Compliance: Ability to operate in accordance with business laws and regulations while promoting and growing the RUBiS brand.
- Attributes: High degree of integrity, strong financial credibility, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
