Summary: Carlcare, a Hong Kong-based company, specializes in providing maintenance, repair, and sales services for mobile phones, computers, and related accessories. We are currently seeking 5 Sales Representatives to join our team, with 3 positions in Kampala, 1 in Kabaale, and 1 in Arua.
Duties:
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Manage and update client records.
- Achieve sales quotas and targets.
- Generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Coordinate sales activities with marketing efforts.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Visit clients to assess needs and promote products/services.
- Answer client inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in any related field.
- Previous experience in sales.
- Understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Experience: No specific requirements Education: Associate Degree
Work Hours: 8 hours/day
