Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region including Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan. We are seeking a competent, skilled, and experienced B2B & SME Sales Supervisor to work in Uganda.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales agents.
- Induction of new sales agents in the sales process.
- Lead door-to-door sales (recruitment and re-subscription) by sales agents.
- Conduct daily morning briefings and facilitate weekly meetings for updates.
- Provide daily coaching and periodic refresher training for sales agents.
- Collect and escalate customer complaints to customer service.
- Supervise market prospecting and competitive intelligence with the team.
- Monitor individual and collective performance.
- Implement defined trade policy.
- Engage the team in commercial activities to boost sales.
- Mobilize the team to gather public feedback during sales interviews.
- Manage sales agents operationally.
- Monitor procedure adherence (attendance, ethics, discipline, etc.).
- Ensure daily deposit of sales receipts and stock control.
- Ensure proper use of work materials and tools (vehicle, vest, uniform, flyers, etc.).
- Monitor sales team performance.
- Analyze sales agents’ KPIs daily.
- Propose corrective actions and commercial animation plans.
Experience and Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
- University degree.
- Experience managing a sales team or significant B2B and SME sales experience, ideally in the ICT sector.

Job Purpose
The Finance Executive (Management Accountant) supports the Finance Manager in financial planning, budgeting, internal control, and reporting to achieve outstanding financial performance. In liaison with the accounting team, analyze data and prepare accurate financial reports, payroll, and stock levels in accordance with Group financial policies and International Financial Reporting Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective control of day-to-day financial operations, such as invoicing, payments, revenue collection, and other business transactions.
- Timely tax filing and compliance, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
- Accurately maintain financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Maintain financial systems, including General ledgers, Trial Balance, Balance sheet, P&L, and financial analytical reports.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and strong control procedures.
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Support the accounting team ensuring full, accurate, and timely recording and reconciliation of all transactions.
- Ensure accurate and complete customer and vendor reconciliation.
- Liaise with BU heads for business support and financial control.
- Liaise with auditors, HO, and statutory agencies on financial matters.
- Ensure valid contracts, agreements, LPOs, and other necessary documents are in place.
- Ensure accuracy of payment documents, vouchers, and bank updates.
- Manage working capital, liaise with banks for business funding, and ensure effective cash management.
- Ensure all statutory dues are accurately captured and submitted on time.
- Ensure timely and adequate insurance coverage for company assets and risks.
- Manage year-end financial closing and audits.
- Provide financial and related reports for management actions.
- Highlight control weaknesses with suggested actions.
- Follow up on debtors’ collection.
Key Result Areas
- MIS preparation and monthly reports submission.
- Group reporting, financial reports, business analytics, and financial controlling.
- Statutory compliance, timely tax filing, and URA audits.
- Timely payments processing and effective business support.
- Accurate daily bank reconciliation.
- Assisting the accounting team with review/approval of entries.
- Reconciliation of URA account in ERP.
- Year-end finalization of books of accounts.
- Resolving issues of internal audit findings.
- Intercompany transactions and operations.
Experience and Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, group reporting, ERP knowledge (preferably SAP), and pre-audit skills.
- Financial control and management skills.
- Proficiency in risk management.
- Adept at handling taxation and statutory obligations.
- Full knowledge of local laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration with a major in accounting/finance.
- Post-graduation; membership in ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
