Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Team Leaders for our SME Loans division. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and approving loans within the established limits by reviewing applicants’ financial status, credit history, and collateral. You will lead and support a team of Loan Officers to achieve portfolio quality targets and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve team portfolio quality targets.
- Recruit and lead Loan Officers to meet set targets.
- Implement staff retention strategies to maintain a motivated team.
- Provide regular training and support to sales agents on processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to assist Loan Officers in meeting their targets.
- Supervise and support Loan Officers to achieve individual targets for sales and portfolio quality.
- Participate in the branch loans committee to ensure timely appraisal and approval of loans in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Enforce a zero tolerance policy towards fraud within the team.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction as per the company’s customer service charter.
- Ensure team discipline aligns with company values.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledgeable about SME Loans.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Aged between 23 and 35 years.
