Summary:
Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Team Leaders for our Working Capital Wallet division. As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in growing our portfolio while ensuring high-quality customer service and team performance.
Job Details:
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead a team in achieving monthly portfolio growth targets while maintaining portfolio quality. Key duties include developing and implementing strategies, recruiting and retaining Sales Associates, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for achieving portfolio quality targets.
- Recruit and retain Sales Associates.
- Train and support Sales Associates on processes.
- Implement marketing strategies to assist Sales Associates in achieving targets.
- Supervise and support Sales Associates to meet individual targets.
- Participate in branch committee meetings to ensure compliance with product policies.
- Enforce a zero-tolerance fraud culture.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure discipline in the team as per HR policies.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a business-related field.
- At least two years of relevant work experience, including one year in a leadership position.
- Knowledge of customer service principles.
- Above-average people skills, stress management, and analytical capabilities.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of lending policies.
- Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively.
