Job Summary:
Asaak Financial Services is seeking experienced, talented, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic professionals to join their team. The Risk, Recovery Tracking Coordinator will supervise a team of recovery and tracking officers, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed risk assessments, analyze risks, and identify, describe, and estimate risks affecting the business.
- Develop and implement policies and contingency plans to reduce and control risks and liabilities.
- Prepare and present risk assessment reports.
- Review loan documents and liaise with internal and external parties for efficient loan recovery.
- Generate, review, and maintain loan disbursement reports, providing monthly updates in accordance with credit policies and guidelines.
- Ensure all lending documentation is complete as per company policies and procedures.
- Identify non-performing loans and proactively follow up to ensure appropriate actions are taken per credit policy.
- Monitor irregularities, past dues, documentation deficiencies, etc., and report to the Branch Manager.
- Conduct spot checks on the recovery team.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing relevant guidance, coaching, and training to ensure high performance levels in line with company and departmental guidelines.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Specifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Microfinance or any related field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a micro credit environment or a similar role.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to function under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of personal and professional integrity.
- Ability and willingness to ride a motorcycle with a valid Class A riding license.
Work Hours:
- 8 hours per day
Experience:
- 24 months (2 years)
