JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking two (2) individuals to join us as Monitoring and Evaluation Officers. These positions are integral to supporting the monitoring and evaluation activities of the DISC project. Responsibilities include designing and implementing M&E systems, data collection and analysis, and generating reports to ensure project progress and accountability.

Your Contribution:

  • Develop and implement M&E initiatives such as research protocols, data systems, and tools.
  • Coordinate data collection activities, ensuring quality and integrity.
  • Provide capacity building and mentorship to staff on data management and analysis.
  • Conduct joint monitoring visits and ensure program conformance to objectives and plans.
  • Process and consolidate quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Collaborate with project teams to utilize M&E findings for decision-making.
  • Facilitate critical reflection and learning activities, documenting best practices.
  • Prepare M&E reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Support procurement planning and acquisition of MEL related supplies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, social sciences, statistics, or related field.
  • Postgraduate diploma in M&E is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of M&E experience, preferably in the SRHR sector.
  • Proficiency in M&E systems design, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with management information systems and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including technical information dissemination.
  • Familiarity with donor-funded projects and reporting requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
