Xclusive Uganda seeks to recruit Human Resource Trainees. If you have training and knowledge in Human Resource Management and are passionate and committed to developing a career in human resources, we are looking for you! Working Hours: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Saturday
Duration of Training: 5 months
Location: Ntinda, Mairye Village, Off Gayaza Road Kiwenda Zirobwe Road
Accommodation: Available at the farm
You will receive on-the-job training in a wide range of human resource management tasks and all aspects of the human resources processes including, ENTRY, STAY, and EXIT.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable university.
- Experience: No prior experience required, recent graduates who have just completed university are encouraged to apply.
- Attributes: Passionate and committed to developing a career in human resources.
