Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated, skilled, and experienced customer service representatives who can keep our customers happy, even when they’re experiencing issues. They must have the ability to actively listen to complaints and offer creative solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers by resolving service challenges and providing relevant service information.
  • Keep track of customer correspondence and log key account information and customer data.
  • Resolve service problems by investigating complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold customer confidentiality, especially regarding financial matters and identity.
  • Process customer refunds, shipments, and account adjustments.
  • Help prepare customer service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Upsell customers with information about other products and services when appropriate.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Strong listening, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and provide effective solutions.
  • Works well with others and helps foster a supportive work environment.
  • Knowledge of our company’s market, industry, and products.
  • Comfortable problem solving while creating an enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Able to document customer service calls efficiently and with detail.
  • Knows how to ease conflict and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Completes tasks on time and can prioritize work.

Education and Requirements:

  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Two to three years of customer service experience is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems.
