Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in economics, business administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with financial principles and microfinance operations is an advantage.
