Position Overview: ALIGHT, in collaboration with IOM, is seeking to recruit 100 interpreters to support communication between IOM staff, beneficiaries, and selection mission personnel. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and effective communication across various languages, with a focus on serving displaced populations.

Application Process:

  1. Prepare Your Application Documents:
    • A 1-page cover letter outlining your interest and suitability for the position.
    • An updated CV (maximum two pages) detailing your relevant experience and qualifications.
    • Names, titles, and contact information for two referees, including your most recent employer or supervisor.
    • A recommendation letter from relevant community leaders (e.g., LC).
    • A letter from Interpol (mandatory).
    • A copy of your Refugee ID & Attestation letter (for refugee applicants).
    • Your URA TIN number (mandatory).
    • A valid mobile phone number.
  2. Submission Instructions:
    • Hand-deliver your application package to the Front Desk of our ALIGHT Country Office located at Plot 112, Katalima Road, Naguru, Kampala District.
    • Address your application to the Human Resources Coordinator, ALIGHT.
    • Ensure that your application is submitted no later than Friday, August 23, 2024, at 14:00hrs.
