Summary: Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is seeking 10 dynamic Sales Associates to join our team and drive the growth of our Working Capital Wallet product. This role involves approaching prospective clients, presenting our product, and managing client portfolios. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct market activations to raise awareness of the Working Capital Wallet product.
- Prospect for clients and effectively pitch our product and its unique selling points.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of a revolving Working Capital Wallet and why our product stands out.
- Analyze potential markets and develop referral networks to expand your client base.
- Follow up on collections from clients and collaborate with supervisors to prepare collection reports.
- Maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with clients to address complaints and disputes.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in any relevant field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of lending policies is desirable.
- Proficiency in computer and database skills.
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Level of Education: Associate Degree
