Fire Wednesday night destroyed Ntinda Police headquarters, damaging the traffic office and various different houses.
The fire purportedly began from a house close by at the police barracks and quickly spread to the traffic office before it was put off by the police fire unit.
In any case, by press time, police couldn’t express the degree of harm because of the fire outbreak.
Mr Luke Owoyesigyire, the Kampala Metropolitan police representative said investigations are progressing.

Recently, 19.04.2023 at roughly 9:45 pm, the fire prevention and rescue unit adhered to a fire outbreak at Ntinda Police headquarters traffic office and barracks. The fire rescue unit acted quickly and figured out how to extinguish the fire,” he said.
“Primer investigations have shown that the fire began from the military quarters because of carelessness and spread to the closest traffic office. It is claimed that two kids set a fire inside the encampment that interacted with electric links,” he said.
“The full degree of the harm has not been completely learned, in any case, no wounds or fatalities have been enrolled. We might want to thank the fire prevention and rescue team for their fast approach. Further information will be revealed as soon as possible,” owesigiyere said
