Job Summary
Seaowl Energy Services is seeking a Wellpads Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities on construction sites, ensuring alignment with project schedules and high standards of performance. This role requires a proactive individual with extensive experience in industrial projects, particularly within the Oil and Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and coordination based on project requirements.
- Supervise and manage construction sequences, liaising with contractors to ensure compliance with the Construction Level-3 Schedule.
- Monitor and report on progress, identifying and addressing productivity issues.
- Ensure compliance with project design documentation, company standards, and international codes.
- Maintain effective communication with all site personnel and manage interface issues.
- Assist with safety compliance, environmental protection, and project reporting.
Qualifications
- HND or equivalent in Civils, Mechanical, Process, E&I, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial projects, with at least 6 years in construction management within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with industry codes and practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Work Hours: 8
Experience Required: 120 months

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the Contractor Social Management Control Framework.
- Develop and review Contractor Social Management Plans and ensure compliance.
- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to manage social obligations and risks.
- Monitor and report on contractor social performance.
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to support social performance objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Law, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contractor management, compliance, risk, or audit.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing complex, multicultural environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
