JOB DETAILS:
China Forestry International Development Company is seeking applications from enthusiastic and talented fresh and recent graduates for the position of Graduate Management Trainee. The program is structured to provide recent graduates with a broad understanding of our business operations, hands-on experience across various departments, and the leadership skills needed to advance in the ever-changing and competitive job market. The successful candidates will be placed in different departments like Sales, Human Resource, Factory, Plantation, and Operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Qualification
- A Minimum of 3 Years Experience
- A valid Certificate from an Accredited Institution
- Excellent knowledge of Machinery, Electrical Equipment, and Manual tools
- Willingness to Work Outside Kampala
- Willingness to Accept in Factory Accommodation and Meals
- Both Male and Female Candidates are encouraged to apply
