Role Overview:
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will drive innovation, enhance client onboarding, and oversee strategic business development and product integrations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform meets client needs and contributes to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute business launches with partners and ensure seamless integration.
- Work with the Country Manager and Head of Partnerships on product integrations and new business models.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver effective projects.
- Foster long-term relationships and track implementation metrics.
- Source major partnerships to support our business in Uganda.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related field.
- 5+ years in product business development within global technology or payments sectors.
- Proven ability to build networks and secure partnerships.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Track record of multi-country partnership building in Africa.

We are seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead our business development and partnerships in Uganda. This role involves building a dynamic team, managing strategic relationships, and scaling our operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with banks, telecom operators, and businesses.
- Build and scale the business development team, defining processes and roles.
- Understand eTranzact’s operations and prioritize tasks across teams.
- Facilitate communication between external partners and internal teams.
- Develop in-country and multi-country partnerships to meet objectives.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in senior management roles in business development or product relations.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams.
- Experience in finance, fintech, telecoms, or technology sectors in East Africa.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and partnership-building skills.
- Optional: Experience in the mobile money sector and fluency in local languages.
