Job Summary
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in Logistics & support to Oil and Gas operations at Supervision level
Education Required: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all logistics operations supporting “Surface” activities, including camps, waste storage areas, aviation, airstrip, road transportation, and provision of utilities (water, fuel, catering, hospitality).
  • Manage coordination with contractors and stakeholders to ensure the availability and efficiency of required support, including civil works.
  • Prepare, review, and follow up on the implementation of all required company operational procedures.
  • Ensure effective interaction with all other company entities (Drilling, Construction & Facilities, Contract & Procurement, Finances, Joint Venture, HSE, Security, HQ) and coordinate accordingly.
  • Oversee contractor work to ensure safety and adherence to scope, including offsite locations.

HSE Responsibilities

  • Promote safety and compliance with standards and procedures, implementing periodic safety campaigns, especially for road transportation.
  • Continuously analyze risks and ensure logistics support for project and affiliate emergency plans.
  • Assume the role of RSES-D for logistics and offsites for the Tilenga project.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Cost control and budget management.
  • Identify and anticipate deviations in contracts and services impacting the budget.
  • Optimize operational costs.
  • Gather and share ‘lessons learnt’ for continuous improvement of procedures, contractors, and KPIs/CPIs.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics personnel and ensure competency and accountability, including skill development.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Logistics & support to Oil and Gas operations at Supervision level.
  • Proficient in English, ERP systems including SAP, and database management (MS Access, Word, Project, Excel).
  • Leadership, proactive, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure and in diverse environments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Package Manager with the coordination of Enabling Infrastructure activities during the execution phase.
  • Support the implementation of HSE and Quality requirements at all stages of the project.
  • Promote innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Participate in interface management of other project contractors.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with project technical requirements.
  • Oversee contractor supply activities.
  • Prepare and present technical dossiers to assist the Package Manager in project development coordination.
  • Interface with various Packages (CPF, Wellpads & Networks, Drilling) and transverse functions (HSE, Planning, QA/QC, Logistics) for all execution-related matters.
  • Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct values and principles.
