Job Title: Supervisor E-Banking

Position Overview:
The Supervisor E-Banking will report to the Manager E-Banking and be responsible for driving the growth of the Bank’s Electronic Channels Platform. This includes supporting the development and enhancement of the Bank’s e-banking products and services, as well as overseeing day-to-day card operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new e-banking business opportunities into revenue-generating assets.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for e-banking operations.
- Research, monitor, and apply strategies to boost market share for e-banking products.
- Monitor and manage risks associated with e-banking operations.
- Innovate and enhance the Bank’s e-banking channels, evaluating product opportunities.
- Improve service quality through process evaluation, redesign, and change implementation.
- Supervise the rollout of the e-Banking channel platform and evaluate ongoing activities.
- Promote and sell all e-banking products to customers.
Required Experience:
- Business degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant practical training in business growth within the financial services sector.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a banking or similar environment.
Person Specifications:
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer literacy, numerical, and statistical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, exercise excellent judgment, and be a team player.

Position Overview:
The Manager Distribution will report to the Head of Business and will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the Bank’s delivery channels (both physical and electronic). This role involves monitoring customer service standards, ensuring efficient transaction processing, and positioning the bank as a leader in the retail segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align branch network operations with business strategy to enhance brand presence and customer experience.
- Build and sustain client relationships through ongoing communication and negotiation.
- Analyze branch performance, assess market conditions, and implement strategies to maintain the bank’s competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
- Provide leadership in resource allocation, training, and performance management for branch teams.
- Manage risks across various product portfolios and customer segments with regular performance reporting.
- Develop new customer segments, revenue sources, and maximize revenue growth from existing customers.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- CPA / ACCA certification.
- 6 years of banking experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
Person Specifications:
- Result-driven with strong critical thinking, analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve complex issues, and communicate effectively.
- Understanding of Branch Banking systems, processes, and business, including e-banking.
- Digital competence for guiding process automation and adapting to digital processes.
