    Job Overview

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist Project Subcontract Manager in managing subcontract activities.
    • Prepare tenders and administer subcontracts according to global processes.
    • Maintain contract documentation and manage subcontract activities from pre-award to post-award.
    • Coordinate subcontract bid proposal processes and meetings.
    • Process subcontract documentation and ensure timely submission of guarantees, insurances, and warranties.
    • Handle disputes and support the subcontractor back charge process.
    • Deliver reports and provide support to the Subcontracts Manager and function as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline, or 4 years of relevant experience without a degree.
    • Experience in commercial and contractual management is essential.
    • Preferred experience in quantity surveying or Subcontract Management.
    • Attention to detail and multitasking skills are essential.
    • 0-3 years of relevant experience.

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide general hardware support and help desk activities.
      • Support Level 2/3 end-user issues, including workstation installation and maintenance.
      • Maintain Call Manager and telephone sets, and create software packages.
      • Administer local backup systems and conduct training sessions on technology changes.
      • Manage IT assets, perform server backup/recovery, and coordinate network setup.
      • Support users with problem-solving through various channels and maintain accurate inventory records.
      • Apply environmental policies within the area of responsibility and proactively manage problem queues.

      Qualifications:

      • Associate/Diploma degree in Engineering or IT discipline preferred.
      • At least two years of experience as a Support Engineer or a similar role.
      • Good knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
      • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) and strong communication skills.
      • Teamwork, training, and customer orientation skills.
      • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
