Job Description

  • Installation Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop installation plans, including site assessments, electrical design, equipment procurement, and budgeting.
  • Battery Swap Cabinet Installation: Lead the installation and commissioning of high-voltage 3-phase battery swap cabinets at designated locations, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Solar Integration: Design and implement solar power systems to support the operation of battery swap cabinets, maximizing energy efficiency and reducing reliance on the grid.
  • Health and Safety: Implement robust health and safety protocols to protect workers, contractors, and the public during installation and maintenance activities, including risk assessments and safety training.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure the reliability and performance of installed equipment, addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Develop preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for battery swap cabinets, and provide troubleshooting support to resolve electrical faults and issues.
  • Training and Documentation: Train technicians and operators on proper installation, maintenance, and operation procedures, and maintain comprehensive documentation for future reference.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on high-voltage/power systems.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices, particularly in the context of electrical installations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

About the Role
The Administrative Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and office management, providing support for administrative, HR, and finance tasks, and offering executive assistant support to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, maintain a clean and presentable front desk area, handle org-wide emailing lists, manage visitor processes, and liaise with security firms.
  • Office Management: Oversee general office operations, manage supplies, coordinate office activities, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, handling mail, processing work permits, and booking travel.
  • HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training.
  • Executive Support: Support the CEO with calendar management, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and handling confidential information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative officer, office manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
