Job Summary:
True North Consult Ltd is seeking a Senior Treasury Sales Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of daily bank balances, preparing payment proposals, scheduling interbank transfers, negotiating FX deals, and assisting with external audits.
Key Activities:
- Compare daily bank balances with the Cash Analysis Excel file.
- Plan and prepare payment proposals in ERP with respective bank accounts.
- Schedule all interbank transfers and negotiate FX deals.
- Interface with UK head office for equity and external debt financing.
- Ensure timely settlement of payments.
- Update the Cash Analysis Excel file with every transaction.
- Stamp and file paid invoices.
- Avoid daily negative balance on local and foreign bank accounts.
- Conduct midmonth bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with banks to promptly resolve any account or payment issues.
- Prepare monthly Treasury forecasts and reconcile with actual end-of-month balances.
- Prepare cash calls sent to Shareholders and Lenders.
- Assist the Chief Accountant during external audits.
- Participate in the implementation of EACOP’s new ERP.
Accountabilities:
- Timely payment of vendor invoices and expense claims.
- Efficient cash management.
Person Specification:
- Education & Training: Master’s degree in Finance, ACCA Level 2.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Treasury and Accounting, ideally in Oil & Gas or Banking with international exposure.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong technical skills in treasury, accounting, ERP systems, analytical mind, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, team spirit, ability to cope with pressure and deadlines. Excellent level in English (spoken & written).

True North Consult Ltd is seeking a Senior Assets and Liabilities Management Officer. The role involves providing strategic oversight and policy input to support the bank’s asset and liability section, aiming to increase profitability while adhering to local and international standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and policy input for the asset and liability section.
- Ensure correct adoption of asset and liability policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and statistics on assets and liabilities for ALCO Committee.
- Contribute to leadership in Balance Sheet and Capital Management.
- Monitor and manage interest rate and liquidity risks.
- Price treasury products per ALCO Committee guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with international funding and liquidity principles.
- Handle liquidity metrics and early warning indicator reports.
- Build the Funds Transfer Pricing yield curve for foreign and local currency.

Person Specification:
