Job Purpose: The Senior Sales Manager will oversee regional responsibilities at the Kampala Head Office and manage all Regional Managers and staff. Responsibilities include operational excellence and overseeing the sales governance process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set regional goals and objectives, implement effective strategies for operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Guide the activities of several regional managers to maintain and grow the retailer base that sells lottery games.
• Lead in merchandising and brand visibility regionally.
• Retain and motivate regional operations staff.
• Train regional staff and retailers to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Educate consumers about different lottery games, prizes, and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Keep up-to-date with lottery games, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Oversee building functions and ensure safety and functionality of all facilities.
• Manage fleet and warehouse operations.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the immediate line manager.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 7 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution within a service industry.
• Experience in sales analytics within the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of sales and retail industry trends.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Exemplary planning and time management skills.
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license with over two years of driving experience.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Experience Required: 84 months
Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Job Purpose: The Content Specialist will create and deliver high-quality content design and social media solutions that are impactful and visually appealing. This role ensures that the brand’s message is effectively communicated, engaging the target audience, maintaining brand consistency, and driving desired actions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all outgoing visual content to ensure design principles and elements are applied consistently.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, PR, and Winner Services Manager on brand image, marketing efforts, and customer engagement.
• Participate in content management, design and development, quality assurance, and service delivery.
• Create and implement efficient content production processes for maximum productivity and high content quality.
• Proofread and edit content before publishing.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Experience Required:

• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and deliverables.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, After Effects, InDesign).
• Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
