Job Purpose
To drive the strategic agenda for SME & Retail Banking Sector through Customer Acquisition & Retention; Balance Sheet growth, Maintenance of a high-quality Asset portfolio and Development of SME & Retail Products in line with the overall bank’s business objectives.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized University.
- At least 10-15 years of relevant banking experience, preferably with at least 5 years at a senior managerial position in Corporate banking.
- Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices pertaining to SME & Retail Banking products.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent business development, customer service, relationship management, negotiation, and marketing skills.
- Proficiency in credit analysis and appraisal.
- High standards of confidentiality and ethics to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
Work Hours: 8
Experience: Minimum 60 months
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree

Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for leading the growth of liabilities and assets as per set targets, managing corporate relationships within agreed parameters, and leading the bank’s ecosystem through origination and management of relationships with corporate clients and institutions.
