Role: To monitor, respond to, and proactively manage security operations in line with the Bank IT Security standards.
Key Result Areas:
- Investigate, document, and report on information security incidents using data from firewalls, WAF, IPS, and other sources.
- Review alerts, threat intelligence, and security data to prevent further risks.
- Identify, scan, and analyze vulnerabilities on the bank network.
- Investigate and contain suspicious activities.
- Monitor log streaming continuity and perform triage of issues using a ticket-tracking system.
- Implement and manage SOC monitoring and analysis tools.
- Ensure systems conform to bank standards as per the IT Service Delivery Policy.
- Provide support to other business units bank-wide.
Education and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related area.
Required Experience and Competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT security monitoring and vulnerability management.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, Security+, or CSA.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of networking, system administration, and security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, Linux/UNIX/Windows).
- Skills in log analysis, forensic investigation, and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
- Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated with cybersecurity trends.
- Attention to detail and resilience under pressure.

Role: Perform systems administration on all Data Centre Systems in line with ICT policies and guidelines.
Key Result Areas:
- Run daily maintenance and EOD/EOM/EOY activities for core banking, loan origination, and treasury systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly system-related reports.
- Maintain core banking systems performance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
- Analyze and resolve system issues identified by users or through monitoring.
- Escalate issues to vendors and follow up to resolution.
- Manage disaster recovery, backups, and restoration for core banking systems.
- Own and resolve core banking calls assigned in the service desk system.
- Document procedures, functionalities, and modifications for the core banking system.
- Review and coordinate testing and deployment of new business requests.
- Plan and coordinate installation and testing of new products, system upgrades, and patches.
- Support core banking integration with other banking products.
Education and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- Proficient in SQL and Linux.

- 2 years’ experience in administration of core banking or digital payment applications.
