Job Details

China Forestry International Development Limited is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales GMTs to join our dynamic team. Successful candidates will develop and maintain client relationships, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets for our product range, including Plywood, Marine Boards, and MDFs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market surveys to acquire new clients through field visits, phone calls, and follow-up emails.
• Perform customer surveys, place orders, and handle quantity issues.
• Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for applications.
• Analyze competitors’ quality and pricing information for different wood products.

Qualifications and Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or related fields with a CGPA ≥ 3.60.
• Under 25 years old.
• Ability to speak Swahili and/or French is an added advantage.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills in Sales and Marketing.
• Hardworking and flexible with working hours.
