Sales Administrator
Position Summary: The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and sales managers by overseeing all sales-related activities and ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. This position demands an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent communication and administrative skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and sales managers.
- Manage the sales order process from receipt to delivery.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and correspondence.
- Act as the point of contact for sales inquiries.
- Assist in managing inventory levels.
- Organize and coordinate sales meetings and training sessions.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of sales tools and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Position Summary: The IN & VAS Engineer will support the definition of optimal topology and technology roadmap for the IN/Charging and VAS network. This role involves evaluating network design, managing service layer architecture, and ensuring seamless billing for VAS/IN services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Business Support System (BSS) applications & product operations.
- Ensure timely launch of new services per marketing requirements.
- Manage change management of OCS system.
- Contribute to network solution planning, design, and implementation.
- Ensure IN system security and compliance.
- Troubleshoot BSS application problems and resolve technical inquiries.
- Manage service layer architecture for IN & VAS Planning and Architecture.
- Liaise with vendor partner teams for real-time billing of VAS/IN services.
- Optimize IN/VAS core nodes performance and plan network evolution.
- Develop relationships with Network & Billing Architects and Vendors.
Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Masters of Telecommunication/Electronic Engineering degree.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a Mobile Network Operator.
- Hands-on technical skills with Huawei, Ericsson platforms and IN architectures.
- Proficiency in Unix Shell scripting, Oracle & SQL databases on Linux.
- Good understanding of IP technology and CS/PS core networks.
- Project management knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide 24×7 service supervision.
