Summary of Position
The Sales Admin Intern supports Uzima sales functions by organizing order collection and submission into DEAR. This role acts as a point of contact for sales team inquiries and provides daily updates concerning dispatch lists.
Responsibilities:
- Create sales quotes from the sales team using Uzima’s order collection process daily.
- Liaise with the Finance team to confirm payment for orders on chicks and feed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Transfer orders from form responses to orders in the order tracker.
- Organize dispatch lists in line with the waiting period of 2-3 weeks.
- Submit orders to operations to ensure timely dispatch organization.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information concerning their orders.
- Improve sales order processes via sales team relations with guidance from the supervisor.
- Perform other activities assigned by the supervisor.

Summary of Position
The Senior Sales Administrator oversees the organization of order collection and submission into DEAR, assesses the sales pipeline, and provides daily updates to the sales team. This role includes coaching sales admins and generating sales reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely creation of agent quotes and payment confirmation with finance.
- Analyze and cleanse the sales pipeline weekly, sharing updates with the sales team.
- Verify data accuracy in the order tool.
- Oversee dispatch lists to enforce a 2-3 week waiting period policy.
- Coach sales admins on their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop monthly sales reports on target achievement.
- Update sales dashboard data.
- Manage sales fuel and stipend calculations.
- Organize sales team campaigns and programs (e.g., quarterly prizes, events).
- Report on district sales representatives’ onboarding/offboarding and follow up on agent compensations.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Develop monthly sales reports on performance against targets.
- Provide ASM-DSR onboarding and offboarding reports.
- Conduct weekly analysis of the sales pipeline.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a sales administrator or sales support agent.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team player with high dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Certificate in marketing, sales, or relevant field is a plus.
