Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company code of conduct and Uganda legislation.
- Promote HSE policies and standards; monitor safety practices and corrective actions.
- Oversee planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization for roads and pads maintenance.
- Provide leadership and continuous improvement for operational activities.
- Manage roads and pads maintenance operations, including contractor coordination and site inspections.
- Conduct personnel appraisals and maintain competency through the Company’s Competency Assessment Programme.
- Prepare and manage reports related to maintenance activities and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Civil Engineering projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and Windows OS.
