Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Manage the receiving, allocation, and reconciliation of stock with high accuracy. Perform weekly stock audits for indirect outlets.
• Sales Support: Assist in stock allocation, support product upgrades for customers, and manage aged stock.
• Reverse Logistics: Oversee stock returns to the warehouse, ensuring compliance with procedures and accurate documentation.
• Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot device issues, handle in-warranty repairs, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Retail Space Management: Maintain a clean and visually appealing retail space, manage marketing materials, and request replacements when needed.
• Reporting: Provide daily stock activity reports with accuracy and transparency.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Positive attitude with a passion for growth and learning.
• Experience in customer care or stock management (front-office experience is a plus).
• A college diploma or degree in any field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
