Summary: TotalEnergies is seeking a qualified Retail Development Officer to lead and organize resources to maintain network standards, identify potential areas for development, and diversify the network. This role involves ensuring value creation for customers through the management of stations, shops, and additional activities/services.
Candidate Profile:
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in sales, marketing, accounting, and/or engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, interpersonal skills, individual drive, and a valid driving license.
- Strong working spirit and aggressive approach.
Main Objective: To lead and organize resources towards ensuring that network standards are maintained, identifying potential areas for development, and diversifying the network in terms of the number of stations, shops, and additional activities/services at the stations to ensure value creation for customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review the distribution consistency of stations on the network.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for the creation, reconstruction, and acquisition of service stations; propose disinvestments when appropriate.
- Develop investment dossiers in line with profitability objectives (Pay Back, Net Present Value, IRR) and present them to management.
- Conduct post-investment analyses to assess project impacts on the network.
- Monitor station profitability by following up on contribution accounts for all network stations.

Summary: TotalEnergies is looking for a skilled Retail Performance Analyst to implement business model standards and contribute to the profitability of network stations. This role involves reviewing commercial conditions, financial reports, and ensuring consistency in business practices.
Candidate Profile:
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the network as an RSE with financial experience.
- Strong retail business knowledge.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Main Objective: The job holder is responsible for implementing TotalEnergies business model standards by contributing to the achievement of profitability in network stations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review dealers’ commercial conditions to ensure alignment with business levels and expenditures.
- Conduct benchmarks on dealer recruitment, agreement renewals, and transfers through forecasted P&L.
- Ensure implementation of business model policy for CODO/DODO/COCO stations.
- Ensure working capital requirements are adequate, well-sized, and properly allocated.
- Review all financial reports (real P&L, financial situation) from RTEs/RSMs.
- Prepare and analyze financial situations.
- Recommend financial assistance for dealers based on real P&L, financial situation, and management quality.
- Ensure proper application of withdrawal and security deposit policies.
- Conduct annual surveys on station expenditures.
- Provide training to RTEs and RSMs on financial analysis, P&L analysis, and business tools.
- Support RTEs/RSMs in monitoring business plans for new projects, SFS concepts, and significant retail business events.
