On behalf of our client, a Micro Credit institution, we are hiring an ambitious and energetic Relationship Officer (Loan Officer) to help them expand their business to new and existing markets. Key to the role is the ability to disburse loans and collect loans due.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Marketing of new and existing products.
- Advising clients on various services and products.
- Developing and maintaining professional customer relationships.
- Performing as key contact for selected customer relationships under client guidance.
- Initiating apt activities to ensure on-time and scheduled responses to customers.
- Helping clients to attain approval on new loans.
- Conducting evaluation of client’s accounts.
- Collection of arrears and due loans.
- Delinquency management.
Skills & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in a business-related field.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to leverage technology.
- Self-starter and assertive.
- Flexible to embrace change with ease.
- Self-motivated.
- Good understanding of customer service and experience.
