Summary:
True North Consult Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Compliance Advisor to support the East African Crude Oil Pipeline Project (EACOP). This role involves ensuring compliance with Ugandan and international oil and gas regulations, managing project compliance, and coordinating with regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support EACOP Permitting team with regulatory engagements.
  • Coordinate with project technical and construction teams to ensure compliance.
  • Manage and report on compliance and non-compliance issues.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain compliance records and submit reports to authorities.
  • Manage compliance data and technical information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum/Oil and Gas Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Experience in oil and gas or large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of compliance management systems (Aconex, Borealis, etc.).
  • Fluent in English and Ugandan local languages.
  • Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage.

Summary:
True North Consult Ltd is looking for a Lubes & LPG Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations for lubricants and LPG. The role includes managing inventory, ensuring safety, and coordinating with various departments to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety training.
  • Manage stock reconciliation, identify slow movers, and coordinate with customer service.
  • Supervise maintenance and repairs of terminal equipment.
  • Ensure security and proper administration of warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least one year of experience in terminal operations.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ethical standards.
