Summary:
Neumann Kaffee Gruppe (NKG) is a globally active green coffee service group dedicated to every aspect of the coffee supply chain. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Regional Team Leader to join our team at Ibero Uganda Ltd. (Ibero). This role will be pivotal in leading our operations in Luweero and overseeing the end-to-end coffee production process.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee coffee production processes and ensure efficient operations.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and build strong relationships.
- Represent Ibero Uganda in various forums to promote the coffee sector.
- Develop and implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct market research and develop strategies to stay ahead of competition.
- Coordinate training programs and provide technical guidance on best practices.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, preparing regular reports.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Agricultural Economics, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the coffee industry, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in coffee processing, quality control, and production management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management and financial management.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse teams.

Summary:
Join Neumann Kaffee Gruppe (NKG) as a Loans Recovery Officer at Ibero Uganda Ltd. (Ibero). This role is essential for managing recovery activities for both active and written-off loans, ensuring compliance with policies, and negotiating repayments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate recovery activities for loans in arrears.
- Document all recovery efforts and maintain compliance with policies.
- Negotiate repayment terms and secure promises to pay.
- Conduct periodical visits to customer securities and advise on their condition.
- Identify accounts requiring legal proceedings and manage liquidation of collaterals.
- Prepare reports and manage monthly reporting requirements.
- Monitor and negotiate loan recoveries, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Agricultural Economics, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in loan recovery practices.
- Understanding of credit operations, regulations, and risk management.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
